Get the plugin file from spigot and do the steps I said. Follow this tutorial for more info.

It might be and overload of plugins, or it might be a world name that has an unsupported character in its name.

Um it shouldnt do that. Do /whitelist on then /whitelist add <player> All server operators can join when whitelist is on

Hey! Make sure its a valid world file, then set the world name as the level world, or use the plugin multiverse
