Sadly, Minehut doesn't allow you to change your server version. The closest thing to this is installing Protocol Support, but that only works on 1.8 and above. Also, even if Minehut does support changing versions, I don't think 1.0 will be included as I don't think you can run Spigot on a 1.0 server.
