Ive checked the docs and found nothing. The only way i can think of is applying haste/mining fatigue towards the player, but that could be inaccurate at times.

1. Please dont with the size 30000 text 2. Did you do anything recently (Download, Edit, etc.) Try Disabling or undoing it by using a backup you have.
