    Well honestly i don't think you can do /world [name] [World] you might have to give them permissions to do /worlds OR set warps with the plugin essentials in the worlds (By doing /setwarp [name] then to go there do /warp [name]. Then just give them the premissons to do /warp

    Hay! As far as I know, CmdBlocks don't work with plugin commands and both minehut's commands. I think command block mostly work with commands that are from minecraft its self.
