Title. For me, If they are set up correctly, they can be fun to play. But there are SOME that are just garbage and there's only Red Light, Green Light and 90% of the time they don't even find you moving.

"Free, full-package minecraft servers" So, on your website, you state that this is what we would be receiving a full-package minecraft server which keep in mind on other websites includes: - Free Plugins - Free Server hosting - Free Support (if the server breaks or questions need to be asked, there are no charges for info) But at least on of these claims is untrue, according to multiple users of the platform, there are payment-required access issues involving the plugins (meaning they would have to pay for certain plugins) THIS IS A SCAM AND HE ISN'T LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO THIS!

Hello minehut, I was just wondering what servers or gamemodes the community would like to see on minehut. If you have any suggestions or servers ideas, please feel free to comment. Thank you for your time!

I am creating this thread to ask 2 questions of this server hosting platform. 1. How do you delete servers that you don't use anymore? 2. Whenever I click on the item icons on the whitelist panel (plugin) it does nothing except give me the item itself to put in my inventory. Is this because of poor server hosting, or something else, and how do I fix this?

During my time on Minehut, I've come across many unique servers. There's a lot of copies, and a lot of the same servers, but every once in a while you'll see a server that is completely new. With the addition of skript a couple of years ago, the way servers are made was changed forever. Before skript, you had to do things with command blocks and scoreboards. It's much easier now to create unique gamemodes/servers with skript and all of it's addons. The most unique server I've ever played on Minehut, was a server called ColorControl. This server was created on Minehut with command blocks. This tells you how old it is. Anyways, you'd queue up to join in the spawn, and once the game starts, 2 teams are teleported to opposite sides of the map. You're goal is to gather materials from the item generators, to defeat the other team. I can't really remember who owned it, I just remember that he was on the staff team around 2016-2017, a little while before i joined the staff team. Ever since then, I haven't seen another server like it, not even close. This wasn't his idea though, he used a map from Here, and slightly edited it. It'd be pretty cool if someone revived this idea, but in Skript. Using command blocks now would totally kill your tps, like it did back in 2016. What are some of the most unique servers you've seen on Minehut? (Past or Present)

Hey everyone, My name is ashdjtgfoe and I didn't know that minecraft had a server building mod called minehut, and spent 12 hours coding in my own server building mod - Ashmod. It works pretty well (only 2 days in development) but I'm just wondering if I should continue coding, coz Minehut is already here with its features. I am still not too sure about Minehut's features yet, but my features are this... _________________________________________________________________________________________________ 1) Binding packets to commands - Right clicking and left clicking items, attacking and interacting with entities, breaking blocks will execute commands 2) Double jump - Double pressing the space bar will allow the player to set an aerial boost. Jump heights can be modified. 3) Mob AI - Mobs can now have owners which they never attack. Can edit the AI range to target specific mobs and players. 4) Inventory management - Items can be tied to a slot in the inventory, where they cannot be removed or changed. Clicking on items can execute commands. New commands to open customised chests, which have item entities which execute commands on clicking. 5) Chat customisation - Chats can be customised with a colour and message profile, stored in a text file, which you can edit on the computer. 6) Combat commands - New commands for shooting arrows, fireballs, wither skulls, explosions etc This will allow servers and builders to use command blocks and data tags to create their own combat minigames and adventure maps, through in-game modification rather than external coding. All of this is 100% vanilla compatible, meaning that anyone with vanilla minecraft can log into modified LAN worlds and servers, and experience the mod flawlessly. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Please tell me what Minehut's features are in comparison to mine, and if I should use Minehut to build my server instead of custom coding mine. Thanks.

Oh, Hello there who ever reads this. today i'll review servers, make a bit of comic panels, and show off screenshots (well maybe). So get ready to read a lot of words. (also i will update this a bit if i have time because of school, and because I'm lazy) IvoryRPG, So this server is a Grind, get loot, a bit of a rpg feel but not, and is laggy. I can see potential but so much lag on the server it's kinda painful to play, and people might quit, BUT if the server was a bit faster it would be less laggy, then it be a lot more fun since there won't be that much lag spikes. Also a thing i like about the server is you have the option to either to use a Sword (it's for a faster cooldown but less strong with damage), or the Axe (if you make that trade off for a stronger but slow cooldowned weapon). What do i feel about the server a 6 out of 10, because of the lag being crazy i think that's why it's have a bit lower rates to liking it, but since it's a bit unique and does give options to being powerful, but without a good cooldown, or a weak, but fast cooldown and i like that because you do want to choose what weapon to go with, and it's not really a Rpg but it does have a bit of aspects like selections, but it's still one of those grinding/simulator type of gameplay. Overall it's a pretty good server, but the lag spikes will happen often so beware of that. If there wasn't lag spikes then it would be 8.5 out of 10, but since it's a bit grindy it will be tiring to play later, or just boring. that's the review really but this server is unique but a bit of a recommendation if you're not bothered by the lag spikes really and I would love what they have in store.

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm reviewing with a simple rubric that I used back for the reviews in 2017, which has 5 categories with each category having 20 points up for grabs, meaning that there is a total score of 100. Here's a tl;dr version of it in list form. I just found a real cringey document from 2 years ago explaining it and am happy to share if people want it. Appearance: the visuals of the server, such as how eye hurty things are. It's the overall appeal of the server, such as wanting to join it. Builds: self explanatory. The builds of the server. Community (Social-sphere): The behaviour of the community and staff, like toxicity levels. Customisation/development: How well developed a server is, and how it is developed (is it custom? etc.) Originality/Uniqueness: How different the concept of the server, or how unique features are of the server The following servers that are reviewed were the top of the server list for my timezone. Server: Bedr0ckPvP Owner: Laamaz Score: 70% As the name suggests, this PvP server is heavily based around bedrock - specifically inside it. The whole arena is just the inside of a huge world edited arena with bedrock being the only block in these borders. Inside the arena the only structures are multiple medium-sized mining areas of numerous crafting materials to try and get better gear. This concept of progression in PvP based servers became popular by the iconic beans server from 2 years ago. The development is minimal, but complimentary to the calming atmosphere of the server. Though the builds aren't great, and the development isn't by any means mind blowing, the real charm of this server is the community that it has. Very rare is it for a minehut server to have a nice laid back atmosphere with a community that reflects this. There is always a sense of fun and fairness, but still with the security of maturity. This truly is a nice hangout server for minehut players. On a random sidenote, the /faq command is an awesome quality of life feature. Server: fclick Owner: f78 Score: 70% The next big clicker server for minehut, but this time actually done right! The community, like Bedr0ckPvP, is mostly a nice calm one to just come and hangout and chill on it. That said, as this a clicker server you'll get the occasional little kid come on and set the chat on fire with caps or some other form, but they're shut down pretty quick. The atmosphere of this server is perfectly reflected upon by the builds of the server. The spawn area is a nicely decorated cave inside an island, and upon exiting the cave you see the nice structures all around the spawn; providing players the opportunity to explore as they click their time away to get more currency. This leads towards the true gem of the server, which is the development of the server. The server runs on a custom skript which has been beautifully crafted for a very nice player experience. The prestiges are a nice touch for replayability in a server gametype where replayability heavily lacks in. The other gem of this server is the minigames that can happen on the server. I only got the chance to play the spleef, and that minigame was nicely developed and very fun. It's 12 in the morning and am pretty tired rn. These were the 2 top servers at the time I so reviewed them. Idk I can do more if people want to later on down the road.

I've had my fair share of servers now, and I've come to a conclusion that most Minehut players are pigeons. The Pigeon Effect: When a player joins a server they either stay or leave, this is the beginning of the effect. Regardless if your server is fun or not, the player will only stay if for three reasons; they are friends with another player which is enjoying the server, the server is visually popular, or they are not a pigeon. If your server has few players online or non-responsive players, the just joined player will leave the server. When a pigeon finds a new place to settle, it will either stay if a friend is there, it's home, or leave and join the other pigeons. The pigeon effect.

Both of my servers won't start. Once I wake them up from hibernation, they begin to start, then after awhile of saying "starting", they stop. Also when I go to the file manager, the only thing in there i the plugins folder. The server gets stuck in "stopping" and will say that until the server hibernates again. I have tried using the repair files button multiple times, but no luck. If you need more info, let me know!
