I would recommend you use, as it comes with a pre-made group called "default", which users are added to upon joining. You can, of course, create a new group and make it the default by doing /pex group <group> set default true. -

You cannot crack servers, and there are no plans to implement cracking in the future.

Make sure that you are using a Premium (paid for) Minecraft account, which you bought from Minecraft.net. Minehut does not support non-Premium accounts.

There's very little you can do about this. Considering that this is a player server and that the grief committed was not major, Minehut Staff do not have any valid reason to punish this user.

You can do /setidletimeout 35000 (going above 35,000 can break your server). This command will set the idle timeout to 35,000 minutes — around 600 hours.

With the recent update and host transfer from AWS to OVH, some adjustments were required; this included the purchase of host nodes, which have not yet been provided, or have been implemented. The current, low, maximum server number has been set as such in order to mitigate lag. I would recommend you keep up to date by joining the Minehut Discord server.

You cannot edit world names. Your world is undownloadable due to this.

Yes, it's because of the spaces; unfortunately, you cannot use spaces in world names.

The recent update has seen the number of server slots reduced, in order to mitigate lag. This arrangement is temporary, as more nodes have been ordered. I would recommend checking out the #announcements channel in the Minehut Discord server for more information.

Some more host nodes have been ordered and should be implemented soon. The current low server amount has been adjusted as such in order to prevent lag, however, I can assure you that this adjustment is temporary. The server is IP is the server name (which you set), followed by .minehut.gg, for example, mhtut.minehut.gg

You can connect to your server using two methods: 1. either joining directly; or 2. joining via the lobby. Firstly, in order to connect directly, you will need to find your server's IP Address, this is usually the server name followed by .minehut.gg. Once you have that, you can connect to it from the Minecraft multiplayer tab. Secondly, you can connect via the lobby, by joining mc.minehut.com and then executing /join followed by your server's name.

The loop is most likely happening because Minehut has reached its maximum server count. This count will soon be updated after it has been accommodated by the new host.

I recommend you contact Minehut Support. They should be able to resolve the issue. Also, remember that you should wait at least 1 hour before your rank comes in.
