Hey there minehut team, I was wondering if possible to download my server (NTClassic) as I have put a lot of effort in to it and I have a paid plan on another hosting service I would like to migrate it to. Hi everyone, Although a current CFAQ (Community FAQ/how-to's and guides) exists for this, there seem to be many players, especially newer members, who are not aware of CFAQ and the benefits they provide. You can check the more detailed CFAQ on getting and reading log files here. With this post, I want to raise more awareness on the benefits of CFAQ and try to introduce more players to it. I also don't want to try to take over CFAQ but just have something like this in a place that newer players can find easier. There are 2 different ways to access and retrieve your log files. Method 1) Through the dashboard - Benefits: Can find access to ALL logs on your server not just the latest one. - Disadvantages: Can take a bit of time to get used to, and takes a longer time if you are already on the server. When you go to your minehut dashboard, click the blue "ACTIVATE" button that can be seen on your server, like here: From there, wait a few seconds where the video ad will load, and continue and press the blue "EDIT SERVER" button. Then, from the top, select "FILE MANAGER" and scroll down till you see the "/logs" folder. Once you are inside the "/logs" folder, you will see at least 1 .log file. Open the latest one, which will either have "latest.log" as it's name, or it will be the most recent date. From here, you will need to open one of the ".log" files and you can scroll through and see your server's logs. Method 2: From the server - Benefits: Can access the logs easily with typing 1 command and downloading the log - Disadvantages: Can only access the latest log file (aka only from when the server started the latest until the moment you type in the command) Once you are on your server, you have to make sure that you are a Operator (OP) on the server. If you are not, you will need to go to the server console which is under "APPEARANCE", as can be seen in the photo below. Once on the console, you will need to type "op [player]" where you replace [player] with your in-game username. Once you are on the server as an OP, you will need to run the following command: "/dl logs", as seen below. Once you run the command, you will receive 2 messages by minehut that only you are able to see, which looks as such: Once you click and open the link, you will be able to access the latest logs. Hope this small guide has helped you guys out with finding logs and hopefully it has introduced you to the wonderful world of CFAQ! There are hundreds of different guides created there which go into a lot more detail than I do and cover a broad range of topics! My friends and I have actively played on my server for months now and never encountered an issue with saving. Since last night, the world has not saved no matter what I do. When I try to do "/dl world" it only gives me error messages and wont download. I also have regularly been using "/save-all" hoping that would work. Is anyone having issues saving or does anyone have any recommendations?

So I have this epic server that has a lot of play time in it and I started it with a seed, not a world upload. when i use /dl world it says that this making a link and never gives it too me, I either need to get this solved or reset the server so me and my friends down waste our time, help is much needed and wanted!

Now the reason why this cmd isn't working is because either ... I want to have this server we worked really hard on a single player format for myself. And I can't seem to find a way to download it. There is an UPLOAD your own world format to the server but there is no DOWNLOAD format for your server-world. I am really quite pissed off and it's really annoying me. I have tried the /dl command in the world and nothing shows up. Am I doing that wrong?

I tried to download my world by doing: /dl world world But once it says "Creating download link" it says "Failed to upload world." I've tried around 3 times, and I've waited 30 minutes and tried again, i then tried to do it every hour whilst playing and it still wont work.

I've been trying to do this all day, but it just does not work. I typed /dl world world and it said it was "creating download link", but it did not work. It either said "Error creating download link" or it just would not load. I waited over 1/2 an hour and it would not work. Help!

So... a jr.mod told me that if I really needed to download files I could download each and every one individually. As I am willing to do that... I wanted to know how.

I have tried downloading my world but it says that the world doesn't exist. The name of the world is "DaBois do Minecraft" would the spaces in the name be causing this problem?

I've struggled with this for hours and found no helpful troubleshooting online. when i do /dl world it will download the overworld and provide a link, which i have downloaded. I cannot download any other worlds. when i do /worlds it gives me world_the_end world_nether ape planet_nether ape planet ape planet_the_end world i have tried MANY variations of the command. can provide more info if needed, and i would appreciate some feedback. thank you.

I'm trying to download one of several worlds on my server. It is a world that I uploaded, but has been edited by my friends and I. When I try to use the /dl world command, it takes a very long time and doesn't give me a download link. It says that it compresses the world, and that it tries to create a download link, but then in red text it says "Failed to upload world." When I tried to use the /dl world command on the default world, it didn't download the entire world at all; it only uploaded the achievements folder. I'm aware of the instability issues minehut has had lately with the servers moving, which is all the more reason I want to download the world for safekeeping. Is there any other way to download the worlds besides the in-game command?

Ok, so I wanted to download my world I've tried several times, every time NOTHING happened I've tried these formats: /dl world <world_name>, dl world <world_name>, /dl world, dl world Please help, I have enough of this.
