No, Minehut is only available for Minecraft Java Edition. There are no plans to implement Pocket Edition support in the future.
  2. That's what I figured. There seems to be an issue with the fact that you can't edit or add .zip folders. I hope that feature gets added soon.
  3. Your server shuts down after around five minutes if there are no players online. Otherwise, if there is at least one user online, it the server will stay activated.
  4. I think I agree with you on this one. Perhaps the Support Team over at SLG messed up whilst writing the FAQs. Anyway, yeah, I would recommend uploading the datapack files (each file, one-by-one) directly to the datapack folder. I've heard that method does work.
  5. /mute Molly Too. Many. Godamn. Dog. Pictures.
  6. This post does not fit in the Servers category; this part of the forums is reserved for Minehut server advertisement, not for requesting help (that may be done in the Community Support category) Secondly, there is no "correct" method to making a prison server. If I were you, I would research the plugins you have at your disposal and learn how to use them, whereafter I would take my time to make a well-presented and developed prison server.
  7. One of the most common plugins used by players to make shops is ShopKeepers, which may be found on the Minehut Plugins page. This plugin essentially allows you to make villagers with custom trades and appearances. Personally, I find the plugin simple to use; there are a bunch of videos on YouTube and countless guides on the internet explaining how to properly engage Shopkeepers' features.
  8. The data pack you tried to upload is dedicated for Minecraft version 1.13, whilst Minehut servers run on Minecraft 1.14; I believe this may be the issue.
  9. As @McThistle has said, Minehut's download provider is having issues. In fact, these issues are becoming more and more regular, considering that the provider was recently acquired by a larger organisation. What I would recommend in this circumstance is to wait for several days -- possibly hours -- and attempting to download your world again. There's nothing Minehut can do about the issues faced by the provider.
  10. Mentions of a console have been made, and initiative to actually develop such a feature has started. Progress isn't really publicly available in terms of how far into the project they are. Personally, I can't wait to see this come into existence.
  11. An elf and a hobbit walk into a bar. The elf walks into it and says, "Ow". The hobbit walks under it and laughs.
  12. Minehut does not support cracked versions of Minecraft, and there are no plans to implement such a feature in the future.
  13. This is a decently-written and detailed guide. However, I recall someone saying that they tried this method and it didn't work.

    Using A Seed

In order to actually implement the seed into your world, you need to set it in the "World Seed" value, then hit "Save" (underneath the value) and finally reset THEN save your world. What this basically does is set the wanted seed, reset the world to the seed, then save the seeded world. It sounds a bit confusing, so here's a simplified version: Seed Value -> Seed Value save -> World Reset -> World Save. I can assure you, it should work.

    Plugins

Unfortunately, Minehut doesn't support the implementation of personal/custom plugins, primarily due to security reasons. I can assure you, however, that such a feature is being considered. You can, of course, suggest plugins for addition here on the forums, but I assume that's not really what you're looking for. Otherwise, I do have some other services in mind but telling you them would be classed as competitor advertisement, which is a big no-no.
  16. Interesting. Please write a scholarly article about this, I would be interested to read a more in-depth explanation of this effect.
  17. Nah, I fully agree with you. There is nothing going on here, it's usually just Discord drama, which is swiftly suppressed. Honestly, it would be nice to see some more stuff going on on the forums.
  18. I can't be asked to convert 50 dollars to GBP, but it sounds like a lot.
  19. This has been a common issue today and, so far, no remedy has been found for it. I would assume that the Minehut development team have already located the issue and are in the process of resolving it, alongside adding more host nodes in order to increase server slots. I would recommend trying again later to check if you are still getting the same error.
  20. It's not the server you need to update, it's your client. Please make sure that you're using the latest version of Minecraft (1.14.4) before trying to join your Minehut server. Adjacently, make sure to be using a Premium (paid for) Minecraft account.

    World reset

Just to add to what @FadelessBanjo has said, you might want to contact Minehut Support at https://minehut.com/app/support and ask if they have a save of your world backed up somewhere.
  22. You can watch this video, it's a tutorial on OP-ing yourself. Also, you can install plugins using the Plugins tab in the Minehut control panel.
  23. This is an amazing achievement. It's been amazing working with you in the Support Team, on Dimes and everywhere else.
  24. Avatar: The Last Airbender was finally added to UK Netflix, so I've watched like two season in two days.
  25. Firstly, you'll want to execute op {your username} in the Minehut control panel's console area. This will give you full operator permissions (feel free to watch this video for a tutorial on that). Next, in your server, do /gamemode creative, this will put you into Creative. If you want to put your friend into Creative, do /gamemode creative {friend's username}. Also, next time, please be sure to make inquiries in the Community Support category.
