Can you please use pastebin.com to send your full log, but from the looks of it your server is overloaded. Make sure you don't have too many plugins or scripts.

You can change gamemode by /gamemode (gamemode) on your server.

You can't make your server 1.12, but you can allow 1.12 clients to join by installing the plugin ProtocalSupport. -
Munehut won't just add private plugins for your own server.
