You could delete the nether world folder folder in the File Manager, then upload the new nether using Dropbox and the Ingame method, then restart the server. After typing that, I have no idea if that'll work but...

For a small server to just play survival with your friends, I think Minehut would suit your needs.

Minehut doesn't support FTP clients but you can use Minehut's built in file manager on the website for some things.

Just a quick side note, this can also easily be re-made in Skript if you have that installed and don't want to install another plugin. [Here] is an article on it.

If you do /pl is it green or red? It may be outdated or need dependencies.
