I would suggest contacting them again as CyberRyan stated. As you create your new ticket by the way, be sure to include the Transaction info for the credits you have bought. (Proof of Purchase.) Thread Locked. -

Indeed, it would be ideal to have less commands and such for small friend servers, however, its unnecessary to add in a plugin just to do one specific command if it's obtainable in Essentials. This suggestion has been denied. This might be potentially dangerous by accidentally breaking plugins and such. We did have a reload function before, however, removed it later on due to problems. Also, the version is out of date. Needs to be 1.14 Suggest just restarting the server for any plugins you need to reload that doesn't have the reload command. Thread Locked.

Either you have gone onto a server that was using a Skript for snowballs to do damage or been on a server that was using a plugin called CrackShot. I am going to assume CrackShot so you should install the CrackShot plugin for your server. Also remember that if you do suggest plugins in the future, be sure to add a link or it will be denied.
