Is it the Level Name setting?

I did not see a setting that would do that in the Server Properties section. What is it called?

I have played on servers that have snowballs that do damage, and I wanted to add that to my server, but I couldn't find a plugin for it on the list. could it be added? thanks

I uploaded a world to my minecraft server, and now, whenever I join, I have to use /worlds and click on the other world to join it. How to I delete my old world that I don't use, and how do I change the world name of the one I do use? thanks
