If you don't know basic things like setting blocks in skript, you might not have so much luck with making skyblock. Is there a reason not to use a skyblock plugin? -
-1 This plugin is made for 1.12, and has not been updated for 2 years. Citizens CMD already exists, why not use that?

Unless you want everybody to have access and to be able to edit your sql server, thats not a good idea.

Looks like you are using something from json.sk, and not Skript-JSON. You can install json.sk here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/json-sk.8851/
