    You can also make sure your tickspeed is set back to 3 (the default) after setting it to 100. If it is set back to 0, they wont grow.

    Not that I see, the actionbarhealth plugin is flooding your logs with errors.

    Can you send your server's logs? You can get the logs by running "/dl logs" in game and sending the link it gives you here.

    Does it show any errors in chat when placing the block? Also, does it just delete the block? Or does it kick you or remove it from your inventory?

    Go to your panel>server properties>level name, then change the level name to the exact name of the world you want to be made primary. Lastly, click save and restart your server.
