    Moved to Community Support. Please post in the correct category next time. To answer your question, No minehut does not allow you to upload custom jars, if you want to suggest plugins you can post them in the plugins suggestion category.

    If you want to be able to use World Guard you have to use normal world edit, otherwise you could try something like Red Protect or Grief Prevention

    If you are having issues, and you followed a tutorial or instructions (for example this video) then transfer.sh is most likely having problems and your best bet is to try again later.
