Are you opped on your server? OPs can bypass the spawn protection.
To bypass this, you can set the world spawn away from the spawn place, then you should be able to break blocks, make sure to set it back when you're done.
I think there were some problems yesterday regarding the host. You can try to contact support@minehut.com to get your server back. Sorry about the inconvenience.
When I upload a world I usually use Dropbox, you can try that if you'd like.
Make sure you're in appdata >Roaming > .minecraft > Saves from here, you want to upload the folder to dropbox or file.io
Double check to see if there is any files or folders that don't belong in the folder.
Here's a video which might help:
A vpn is not needed, nor is an anti virus as you don't have to install anything. On Minehut, we mask IPs, which means you'll always have a fake IP on the server and no one can see your real IP.
I'm assuming you're talking about spawn protection? Spawn Protection is enabled by default, there is currently no way of changing it. You can use world guard to claim the rest of your builds and even allow players to break and bypass the spawn protection.
You can either use the plugin Skript or the commands.yml file to make custom commands.
To OP yourself type in /op (your username) in your server console located on the Home page of your web panel.
If you go to edit Multiverses config you should find an option called chatprefix or something like that, simply get rid of [%world%] and leave it as %chat%
