Questions about the player limit

I was wondering how many servers have hit 75 players as ButtonV has just hit 75. When asking about a 100 player maximum, @BennyDoesStuff said he'd might add 100 player maximum if enough servers hit it.
So the questions are:
Q1. How many servers have hit 75 players? (Excluding minehut hosted servers because they usually have more than 75)

• Beans
• ButtonV
• Income
• ???

Please comment servers that have reached 75 players!
Q2. How many servers do you think will need to hit 75 to persuade Benny and do you think it will happen?

And finally...

Q3. How much will it cost? It can't be too much that you can't have it 24/7
