I would review one server a week as that'll probably be all I'll be able to do when school starts back up. Every server will be reviewed based on 3 criteria: Originality, quality of gameplay, and the quality of the staff members. I'd be looking for people to help me review as well so let me know if you're interested. It will be called Mine Review.
