Hey, thank you for providing your server logs, they help a tonne. After opening the log, it feels like you switched from Spigot server software to Paper server software, and your server failed to load the world. However, I'm not 100% sure. Just like you sent your log file, can you additionally send the crash report? It should be this file: /crash-reports/crash-2021-07-06_12.08.04-server.txt -
Your chat plugin was unable to parse the hexadecimal color code. What chat management plugin are you using? To fix this right away, I'd recommend you to set a prefix as such: /lp group donor meta setprefix &x&f&3&0&4&e&8 If you take a closer look, you can see how I've changed &#f304e8 to &x&f&3&0&4&e&8. Most plugins rely on this format to parse the color, and I'm 99% sure, this would work. Give it a try, good luck.

Hey, you will have to individually download the nether and end worlds. Execute /worlds for a list of worlds, and download the worlds suffixing _nether and _the_end.

It is most likely a world with different Minecraft version. Can you tell us your server version as well as your world's version?

Can you show your logs? Type /dl log, open the link, download the file and upload it here. And I assume your server version is 1.17. A lot of plugins are yet to be supported on 1.17, and this might be the exact reason.

There is a great plugin available on SpigotMC, called LimitedCreative. However, it's not up to date and so, there are slim chances of this plugin being added to Minehut. Instead, you can use Skript to simulate a similar logic .

That's inappropriate, I agree, it really sucks. Please take a look at Section A on this web page: https://forums.minehut.com/rules/. Meaning, it's the server's moderation team/owner's responsibility to take action against this player. Typing in /seed and hitting Enter will show you the seed of your world. Make sure you're opped on the server.

Hey, assuming your main level name is "world", do the following: -> Stop your server. -> Go to File Manager. -> Go to "world" folder. -> Delete the folder "playerdata". -> Make a new folder called "playerdata". -> Start your server and that should clear the player's data (inventory, ender chest, active potion effects, last location, etc.). In-case your main level name isn't world, you can find/confirm your level name under Settings tab of your server.
