The external plan is to link an external server hosted outside of Minehut into Minehut. Change your server plan to starter and it should refund your credits based on the time you had external plan for.

Try turning off the whitelist and having them join, whitelisting them, and turning whitelist back on. Also, if the user is a bedrock user you need to add a . in front of the username.
