    No this is not possible.

    The external plan is to link an external server hosted outside of Minehut into Minehut. Change your server plan to starter and it should refund your credits based on the time you had external plan for.

    Hey there, if you're still having issues please create a support ticket from the email that the server is connected to. You can create a support ticket by emailing support@minehut.com or by visiting https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Try turning off the whitelist and having them join, whitelisting them, and turning whitelist back on. Also, if the user is a bedrock user you need to add a . in front of the username.

    Just wanted to say its 4 hours, not 2. They've increased it recently.

    It appears you downgraded your server version. You need to reset the world. Go to Settings tab -> World Settings -> Regenerate Contents.

    The external plan is so you can connect a server outside of Minehut into Minehut. If you don't have a server, change the plan to starter and it should automatically refund you.

    Any paid plan removes the time limit. 24/7 means it wont shutdown if no one is on.
