    The time limit was reduced to 4 hours a while ago, and recently reduced to 2 hours.

    To remove the time limit from your server, buy any plan. You can /vote in the lobby every day for 10 credits, for 30 credits per month, and use them to buy Extra Safe backups under the Custom Plan field in the Settings tab of Manage Server.

    Unfortunately without the email support wont be able to help you recover the account. As for removing the time limit, unfortunately you cannot buy plans for other servers.

    We only offer the latest major versions. Also, most plugins work with 1.20.2 as well. Download plugins from https://spigotmc.org and upload them to File Manager -> Plugins. We also do not support custom server jar files.

    Don't add a / if running from console. Just "op <username>".
