Unable to download my world

Question

Hi, I wanted to download my world so I did /dl world world, but it's not working. I have the good name for it because I did /world to see what was the name. When I do this command, it said "compressing world" "creating download link" but after a long time it said "failed to upload file" or "could not save metadata". I really need my world but I can't... Can somebody help me ? and please, don't send me the link of the video where they explain how to download a world, I watch that video like 10 time.

Thank you.

Well if you've done everything then I'm not sure what could be happening... the world might be a bit to big for your server. I uploaded a world 3 hours ago and had no trouble, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble!

I believe this issue is being cause by the fact that transfer.sh is currently down/isn't working properly. This issue should be fixed as soon as transfer.sh comes back online, so until then there's nothing we can do unfortunately 😞
