How to give a potion effect to someone in skript

Here is my skirpt, I cant figure out why it is not working, can someone please help me

• command /heal:
•     permission: heal.sk
•     permission message: you dont have permission to do this lol
•     trigger:
•          apply potion of saturation of tier 255 to player for 1 second

well if that dont work, which im to lazy to check, this works as well, just keeping options open
