I need help with my server, i want to make powers assigned to a username or uuid, what plugins are required, Can the script be pasted in the forum?

What do you mean by that? Can you explain more? If you want to use a player's uuid, its just simply player's uuid.

With powers, do you mean permissions? Or something else? Can you clarify on "power"?

@N0tDxmon I suggest creating a command that will add a specific player's uuid to a global variable, and if the global variable contains a specific player's uuid, on a specific action, they will be allowed to do it. So, something like this:

on right click with blaze rod:
  if {shootFire::*} contains player's uuid:
    #[skript]
    
command /addfire <player>:
  trigger:
    add arg-1's uuid to {shootFire::*}
