Timed Out

I have a survival minehut server 5 others excluding me and whenever someone joins, they always time out and get sent to the minehut hub?????

There are many things that could be happening. Like MidnightDrift said it could be whitelisted. Or there internet could also be bad. Not only that, Minehut is going threw some glitches at the moment so that could be why. If none of this works then make sure they are not banned for anything like that. Please respond if your server is now working. Thanks!

Make sure your server isactivated, if it's not tell them to go to the lobby and in there do '/join (world)' ad wait 2-3 minjutes if they don't get TPed they should try again

make sure your server isn't whitelisted? although that's near impossible due to the error message they receive. also, what comes up in the server log when someone tries to join? just reply to me and paste  your server log that comes up when someone joins or paste in pastebin then reply with the link.
