Yes you need to upgrade to a paid plan to download multiple files. In the cheapest way, you need 400 credits to get 24/7 uptime on the custom plan, which then will allow you to download multiple files. So roughly ~ $5.

Is it lag spikes? There could be many reasons. Start your server, and when the lag occurs, do /timings report and then send the link of that here. Send your logs as well when the lag spikes happen. How to retrieve latest.log: Navigate to File Manager Click on logs folder Scroll down to latest.log Download latest.log Upload here

Server icons are in constant rotation, so sadly that one is not available right now.

Linking an account should be optional, but maybe that changed at some point? Try re-linking your account to see if that fixes it. Send your latest.log here after the crash. How to retrieve your latest.log: 1. Go to File Manager 2. Open the Logs folder 3. Scroll down till you see latest.log 4. Select latest.log and hit the download button 5. Upload it here

Unfortunately there's not really a way to see what specific folders within your server are taking up the most disk space. It's most likely a plugin or a world taking up that much space. (more often than not, a world) You'd need to narrow it down though. You could download ones you're suspicious of and see how much content they have in them.

Stop your server and change initial-enabled-packs= to initial-enabled-packs=vanilla,bundle,trade_rebalance,update_1_21 in server.properties. Then save changes & start your server.
