Have you checked your File Manager to make sure there are no files remaining? Also, do you have any plugins that require the pack to work?

Have you changed your server version? This usually happens when your world and server are not on the same version.

Please follow these steps as they have helped other users with this error:
- Activate/Start your server
- Click on Manager Server
- Go to Server Properties in Settings, make sure you have the correct Server Properties, then click Save Change.
- Restart your server when done

Our team is aware of this issue and is working on a solution. In the meantime, you can join the lobby with the vanilla launcher without resource packs/mods. You only need to do this once to accept that notice.

You can't delete the server from your dashboard, but you can reset it which will make it a blank slate if you ever do want to use it.

Did you switch from a version that is newer than 1.16.5? If so, you are not able to go backwards in versions without using a backup from that version.
