It's probably due to changing versions improperly. The only way to downgrade the server version is by using a backup that was created in that version.

the command should be op Adjelg if you're entering it in the console on your dashboard

after you click the activate server button it will direct you to a new page where you will watch a video and after 30 seconds you can click the continue button, this will take you to your settings page. on the top of the page you'll see a link for console, that is where you can enter the OP command.

what server version are you on? we've found that vanilla is not optimized and is slowing servers down.

afk players are typically kicked after about 5 minutes of being afk which would then shut down the server once no players are online.
