You can submit a support ticket and we can take a look for you. If you are running a free server on Vanilla you can try switching to Spigot or Paper, we've noticed Vanilla isn't optimized and causes issues for servers on free plans.

If you downloaded them from the Addons page, you will also need to remove them from there.

The Danger Zone has been moved to the bottom of the Settings page. Resetting your server will completely wipe the server and start it fresh. This process is irreversible, so just be sure you're ready before hitting the button.

If you are only going to need it for a few days and need the extra RAM or player slots then yes. Otherwise, if you want to use it everyday it is cheaper to do the monthly MH20 plan.

plugins can use up a lot of RAM so you can remove ones you are using or upgrade your server plan.

You will also need to make sure that the setting on your dashboard has Whitelist Enabled set. If you're using the Live Console in the dashboard the command is entered with the "/" so it would whitelist on.

Check the chat settings on your game client, sometimes it can turn chat off.
