You can submit a support ticket and we can take a look for you. If you are running a free server on Vanilla you can try switching to Spigot or Paper, we've noticed Vanilla isn't optimized and causes issues for servers on free plans.

it should tell you in the console if it was added successfully. have you checked your spelling to make sure it was entered correctly?

[Villagers not breeding]

Have you tried feeding them different food, like carrots?

[I reset a minehut server with plugins and they will not delete after the reset. I cant delete them on main screen and i deleted the files and did /pl after which they still exist.]

If you downloaded them from the Addons page, you will also need to remove them from there.

[Where is danger zone?]

The Danger Zone has been moved to the bottom of the Settings page. Resetting your server will completely wipe the server and start it fresh. This process is irreversible, so just be sure you're ready before hitting the button.

[Is daily server plan worth it?]

If you are only going to need it for a few days and need the extra RAM or player slots then yes. Otherwise, if you want to use it everyday it is cheaper to do the monthly MH20 plan.

plugins can use up a lot of RAM so you can remove ones you are using or upgrade your server plan.

You will need to contact Xsolla support for this issue, your purchase is being flagged by your bank as fraud. 

[Minecraft Nether when changing server.]

Vanilla Nether and End are generated differently so switching from Spigot or Paper will result in those being reset.

[whitelist??]

You will also need to make sure that the setting on your dashboard has Whitelist Enabled set. If you're using the Live Console in the dashboard the command is entered with the "/" so it would whitelist on.

Check the chat settings on your game client, sometimes it can turn chat off.

You can send in an email to support@minehut.com, you don't need access to the Minehut account if you were punished in-game or on our Discord. Just be sure to send us the username.

You can submit a support ticket on our website or email support@minehut.com to appeal.
