if your using an custom skripted thing do the pardon-ip command in that as well. Also, try just unbanning his ign. /pardon (name).

Yes you can! Heres how, make a server @ minehut.com then have your friend on bedrock join using the ip address bedrock.minehut.com use the default port. Then have him connect to the server then type in chat /join (name of your server) and he will be sent to your server.
