i'm trying to upload a world but whenever I do /world ul_theworld it says that world does not exist (The world's name is "theworld") I followed the steps perfectly, but the message keeps coming Any help would be appreciated

My server that me and my friends have been working on for the past couple weeks has just randomly lost everything, and the world seems to have been reset Nobody reset it, and everything is gone Please is there anyway to get it back? (This isn't a day of progress lost, it's several weeks worth)
