Check the logs (file manager > logs > latest.log) for any errors, usually the errord are pretty straightforward but I'll be happy to help you and check em out, just copy and paste them into pastebin.

You should check the light levels by doing f3, 7 or lower allows mobs to spawn.

You can find their masked ip in the banned ip's file I believe, you need to use their masked ip, not their actual ip.

This usually happens when you're dead, try going into your own server and doing /kill (user) in the panel.
