    You can't change it but you can allow older versions to join by installing protocol support.

    You can give users permissions by using a group managing plugin and the only way to give people access to the console is to give them the password and email.

    Check the logs for any errors (panel > file manager > logs > latest.log) The errors should be pretty straightforward but I'm more than happy to check them out if you upload them to pastebin ^^

    The whitelist is a bit broken, you have to unwhitelist, let them join, turn it on again and add them.

    If you think they're breaking the server rules (read them @ https://forums.minehut.com/rules/) then you can report them on the forums under "server reports"
