You need to remember to do /save-all before leaving the server, sadly you cannot rollback a server.

Not happening, a lot of mutes are because of people breaking the rules in messages (ex: suicide encouragement, spam, toxicity.) Also really not sure what your point is with the mute, you got muted and it was a fair mute but then you got banned?

Try contacting support, I don't think I can really help much personally, sorry! Go into the panel, hover to the left side and click the support button, then just create a ticket there ^^

Go into the banned-ips.json, find your masked IP, copy it and paste it into /pardon-ip (masked ip) -
It's really not though, if you wanted to use the command /tp @a you can just put in /minecraft:tp @a
