Where in my reply did I say they never do that or was gaslighting you lol. I've seen occasions where support ticket responses were like how you described it. I was just saying that when that usually happens, its because the ticket creators response is also like that too and that I've personally never seen it myself because of how my responses are.
And there are many, many large companies that use automated or copied responses. It's a really popular thing many support teams use since it helps make their job easier.
And like I said, if you really don't like Minehut or the community, you just don't have to stay here. It's that simple.
