There are 3 main permission plugins PermissionsEx, GroupManager and LuckPerms. I would suggest using PermissionsEx or LuckPerms. To use PermissionsEx (pex) when giving players permissions do the command /pex user (name) add (permission node) To use LuckPerms (lp) when giving players permissions do the command /lp user (name) permission set (permission node) true (nearly) every plugin has permission nodes for their commands. Simply search up 'Permission nodes for (plugin) plugin' to find them. -
Ok so did you look into the Chat Manager/Chat Control config files in your file manager to see whether you could change this there?

I contacted Support about this once, they told me there is a disconnect button, when there isn't one. So I don't think it is possible.

Sometimes this happens. Although Minehut is a great server host, you can't expect there not to be some minor hiccups every now and then. You are lucky you got your world back at all tbh. I have lost my server around 3 times. The only thing you can really do is move on. I would suggest whitelisting your server and get it back up and running within a few days. I'm sure your player base won't mind if they have to wait a day or two.

It is definitely encouraged not to create your own permissions skript as it is unnecessarily difficult when you can just install a plugin like Pex or Luckperms. What I like to say is, in most cases, if there is a non-laggy plugin alternative to a skript, use a plugin. However it isn't uncommon to, as @DependencyJrsaid, mix skript and a plugin
