Give it a few minutes and then try and take it out of hibernation again, if the problem continues making a ticket may be necessary, and if your server fails to start it could be because the max server capacity has been reached at the moment. Join the discord server for updates, if you're not already in it.

I've always preferred non-op gamemodes, OP gamemodes feel too modern and seem like the only thing around now.. sorta.
