Server is not starting

Hi,

I have a problem with my server ... After some time I came to play and build something and suddenly find that I can not turn on the server .. I click on start, it writes starting... starting.. and server status is offline!
In the minecraft I see that the server is online and I see the server description but if I want to connect so it connects to your lobby.

I repaired files in danger zone and it's still write the same thing.. Starting.. starting and status is offline.

Alr. so i did Koronotchi's article. it didnt work either can you help any more and sorry its happening in 2020 too..

Can you send a Pastebin of your logs if you're able to access them?
