True, im having this problem as well. Also only 2000 players are on and 1000 servers. Minehut doesn't cater their service specifically for you. There are thousands of servers online everyday and the fact that this outage happened when your server had it's 'big update' is just unlucky for you. Minehut has no control over these things and they took the time to fix it correctly. If your server isn't still working, make a support ticket rather than complaining about it here.
