Server stuck at starting

My server is stuck at starting, then it goes into hibernating automatically, its an smp server for me and my friends so i dont wanna lose it please help, also the file manager on the website keeps loading forever and it doesnt show any files so i cant post any logs, i dont know what to do

I believe the servers have been bugging out as of late this morning. It should be fixed within time.
