Hello, in a lot of servers I have seen smooth text colors.

 

I was wondering how that is possible since I am really looking forward to it and I want to improve my minehut server

So basically, the smooth text colors you are talking about is called as Custom RGB/Hex colors. This was introduced in Minecraft 1.16.x.

Now, different plugins, different ways.

Let's say you want to implement this in Skript, it will be as such: send "<##ff0000>&lHello"

Inside of the <## and > goes a 6-digit hexadecimal color code.

 

I use Google's HTML color picker to make custom color codes:

If you have a good knowledge of Skript, consider using ColorUtils+ (Made by Darth and Sorbon) to make rainbow and gradient based text (quite useful for custom chat colors):

Hi there @qlukaaS, one of the most popular sites that is becoming more and more famous, which is made specifically for minecraft, is the site rgb.birdflop.com. It has amazing functionality, with you being able to input any text you want, option to bold & strike-through & italics & underline, and have a choice of selecting which 2 colors you want your text to smoothly change colors over. If you have a plugin such as EssentialsX installed, you can just use "/nick [output]" where "[output]" is the output the website gives you. Hope this helps!
