If you are, and nothing is popping up on your screen, try logging out and back into your Minehut account. If the problem persists, try hibernating your server and then starting it back up again. Does it say anything or does it just not work, though? Jackson85 is asking this because in certain directories (in certain places of the File Manager on the server dashboard) some file types are not allowed. For example, when on the main page of the "FILE MANAGER" without going into any folders/directories, these are the allowed and disallowed file extensions. When uploading a file, you need to make sure that file type is allowed in the specific directory you upload it into. If the filetype seems to be allowed but you still can't upload it, please tell us the file you are trying to upload as well as the specific location of it so we can help you easier and better.
