My server broke

Hello.

My server recently broke and I'm wondering if I could get some help.

In the server it only loads a few chunks. All entities freeze and you cant interact with chests, anvils the list goes on. The only thing I could interact with was doors and breaking and placing blocks. When I break a block or place one and I leave and rejoin it doesn't save. The server hasn't been working for a day now.

Did you change your tickspeed? If so, use your Dashboard -> Edit server -> Appearance -> Send console command and enter gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 to reset it

It works best if you run the command After starting <-> Before joining the server
