If you're trying to downgrade, you will have to reset the world, because the server can't load a newer world on an older version

Because that's just how they decided it, you should buy the credits you need on the account you need it for. -
Use pastebin.com to share big walls of text, pasting it like that is not useful Also the full logs are a lot more useful that only a small part, there's not much we can do to help you with only that

What do you mean with WorldEdit can't be installed? To make and protect regions it's recommended to use WorldGuard (requires WorldEdit) You can select a region with the //wand and use /rg define <region name> Regions you create are protected by default, if you also want to disable pvp in a certain region you can use /rg flag <region name> pvp deny

The upload limit for a single file is 500MB, make sure it doesn't exceed that

If you linked your minehut account to your minecraft account you should be able to access the panel for it -
Yeah don't change versions randomly to try and fix the issue because you have now likely corrupted your world and lost all your builds. You should check the logs for errors if your server is not starting correctly for some reason, a lot of people are happy to take a look at them and help you out
