Cant make myself Op

I made a server, and at the start I made myself op. A few hours later, I'm not able to use commands and says 'I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command' whenever i do any command. It does not make me op even when I type it in console. I have no idea what to do...

To make yourself OP please do the follow commands in the server command section of the panel.

JAVA - /op (username)

BEDROCK - /op *(username)

If these don't work, then please respond and I or someone else will get back to you.

go to edit server and go to appearance  on minehut browser then scroll down until you see server command then type there /op (username)

I've already done that multiple times, and it still doesn't work. When I made the server, it worked, but now I cant access commands

What commands are you trying to do?

im trying to do simple ones, like gamemode creative etc and it wont work. It only works when I put commands in console, but not ingame

Nope, when I do /op McInnit I cant access commands. I've made my friends op to see if they can /op me, but it says that I am already an operator, but I cant do any commands. Even when they deop then op it still doesn't work. Im on Java btw if that helps

Its ok now, I just had to make a new server and then joined my original one now I have op, thanks to everyone who tried helping

Go to the servers console which can be viewed at "minehut.com" on the dashboard you can see an input server command feature. That is where you have to type "op (username)" in order to give yourself op permissions.
