Unfortunately Minehut has been running into a few server difficulties the last couple of days. We are working on a fix towards it. Some servers are effected by it and unable to start up.

Hey, this can be quite difficult to do. But once you get the hang of navigating your config folders it's pretty straightforward.
To do this go to your Console > File Manager tab > click the "Plugins" folder > click the "Essentials" folder > click "config,yml" > then scroll down to "Essentials Global" and you'll be met with "ops-name.color: (color)" replace the color with the word "none" > restart your server.

Hey, last night we experienced an internal error which caused us to go offline for a couple of minutes. The issue has been resolved now and you should be good to go to play your Minehut server. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Hey, Minehuts rules directed towards player servers are very limited. We like our users to be able to do what they want with their server.
To answer your question, it's 100% okay to use hacks such as autoclicking on your own server and Minehut will not intervene with that whatsoever.

Hey, usually this occurs when you have either
• Just purchased a Minecraft account
• Just changed your Minecraft username
• You're using a cracked version of Minecraft
These are the most common issues that occur when users get this message, here is how to solve them:
• Log out of your minecraft account and log back in using the correct details
• Unfortunately, Minehut doesn't support cracked accounts we require our users to have the full Mojang edition of Minecraft.

Hey, Minehut doesn't support cracked versions of Minecraft. In order to use our services its required you're using an account purchases from Mojang.

Hey, to answer your question, no it's 24 hours in general. The plan only lasts 1 day regardless if the server is on or offline.

Hey, here's a quick & simple guide on how to op yourself.
• Go to "minehut.com" > start up your server > dashboard > where it says "input server command" type "/op (username)" and you should be all set.

Yeah, you can use the whitelist feature to do this so you can add specific players you want to be able to join your server. 
/whitelist on - turns on the whitelist
/whitelist add (username) - adds a player to the whitelist 
requires op perms to do this

Unfortunately, Minehut does not have a system in place for this yet. A method you can use is /find (a user from the server) and it hopefully will display the server you were on.

To download the resource pack go to your server list, click Minehut > click edit > and enable resource packs, it is required for thee escape rooms. 

"XXX" Is currently blocked on our chat filter, I would advise that you change your servername to something separate in order to advertise/mention your server in lobby chats

Make sure the server name you're entering isn't already taken

If you believe you've been unfairly banned you can appeal it here

Have you restarted the server? I would also advise if you're installing the plugins to wait until they have the tick next to them before installing another or leaving the page if you haven't been doing that already.
 

You cant add plugins that aren't in the plugins section. If you'd like to suggest a plugin to be added tho you can go to the Plugins section of the forums or join the Minehut meta discord server and suggest a plugin to be added in the #plugins channel.

In the coming days to weeks you should be able to access these new items. Although you can connect through the 1.16 launchers Minehut still relies on Paper Spigot and other plugins to update to the latest version before you'll be able to access the new additions.

Depending on Paper Spigot and other Minehut plugins could be anywhere between 1 week to 3 weeks. 

You can download the PlayerHeads plugin and do /skull (player) or /give @p minecraft:skull (username)
