Connection Issues

Hello !

I'm having problems to connect to any server. When i join it, after a couple of minutes i'm getting kicked/disconnect with a message like this :
'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host' why does it only happen on Minehut ?

In my minecraft logs, it says :

As it says in the messages above, it appears that you are being disconnected because someone is logging in under the same IP address as you. Are you perhaps using a VPN or an account from a website such as MCLeaks or TheAltening?

Nope i'm not using any VPN or even an account that come from MCLeaks & TheAltening, it's my own account, but don't worry anymore, it's solved  
I just had to change the email of my mc account

Hi there! So sorry that this issue is happening. 

By chance are you able to send your entire log file? That small portion of it doesn't really show much, and I can't identify the issue.

Ah. I was meaning your server logs. You can follow the steps below to get those: If you could try method one after your server crashes, that should allow me to identify the issue.

I've changed password two times, changed my email one time but nothing fix it.

That's strange. Sounds like your account might be compromised. If you have an alternate email, try changing your account to that one, and try using a super unique password.

Yes, i guess so, now i can't change my email because it says Request Denied on mojang's website.

Do you know how much time we can change it ? every 30 days like the username ?

Hi. Im having the same issue. Every like, 10 minutes i get kicked for "A connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" and i have tried several different "solutions" but nothing worked. I tried connecting to a different wifi connection but nothing worked. Also is the file manager the file explorer or no?

This could mean that the server your in is shutting down. Then again, im not a tech expert so

It happens in every server, like, fastgens, genied, mobgens, and so on. It keeps disconnecting me from minehut and i dont know why but i want to fix it because minehut is like 1 of my only servers i play.

That's what i have, the same message and in the server console it says :
You are logged in from another location.

I've had this issue before, I just change my password and had a mod kick my account. That error means your account is logged in on Minehut or something.

My account is not logged in, i'm offline everywhere. And what do you mean with 'and had a mod kick my account' ?

It sounds like your Minecraft account has been compromised, as in someone else is using your account. You should change both your email and password, and try changing security questions to prevent this from happening in the future.

I've already did this, so how can my account be compromised ? and it does not come from me or my internet. That only happen on Minehut, nowhere else.

If I am understanding correctly, the message you get is, "You logged in from another location"?

You only get this when your account is being used on either another device, or it is compromised.

You could try relaunching the game, uninstalling it, reinstalling it, but I'm sure you've already tried doing that. Best thing to do now would probably be to contact mojang, I don't think it is a problem on Minehut's end.

I've already contacted Mojang, but they take a while before giving a answer, Anyway, i have check something, and my IP on Minehut, is not the same as my real IP. That might be the issue i have.

No, all IPs on Minehut are automatically masked for user protection. This happens to every user that plays on the Network; it's normal.

Then, i don't know where my issue came from, because everything is fine for me, i can join other servers that has nothing to do with Minehut without any problems.
