No, unfortunately you will not receive a notification when someone logs onto your server and uses commands (if you are offline the server). 
However, you can install a plugin 'DiscordSRV', and you can get logs sent to a Discord server of who logs on, is doing commands, etc.

Unfortunately, no you are not. To start your server up, you're going to have to either remove the plugins until you're down to 12, or you buy a plan.

Hi there! Unfortunately, at this time, you are unable to change your server's version. Although, you can install ViaVersion or ProtocolSupport in order to allow backwards compatibility. Read below:

Hi there! In order to give your friends permissions without giving them OP (which gives them all permissions), you need to use a permissions plugin. There's tutorials on how to install them and use them. Keep that plugin link because you might need it for the permission nodes!

In order to get permission to do certain commands, you need to have OP. Follow the steps below:

Hi there. This issue is most likely due to the default spawn protection on your server. If you go away from the area in which you spawned, you should be able to place or mine blocks on your friends' server. Otherwise, your friend may have a plugin that is preventing you from placing blocks, which you should contact your friend to give you permission to do so.

Lots of plugins are not updated for 1.16, just yet. Please be patient and wait for the plugin authors to update the plugin so Minehut can add the updated version 🙂
