Prison Pickaxe Enchant GUI (Skript Request)

I am looking for a prison skript to have a custom enchants with a token system with when you break a block you get a token I am looking for these enchants in the GUI
-Fortune - Max level 1000

-Haste - Max Level 3

-Speed - Max Level 3

-Explosive (Breaks blocks around the block you break) - Max Level 100

-JackHammer (Destroys a hole layer of the mine) - Max Level 250

-Lucky (Adds another token per block broken by each level) - Max Level 50

Have a pickaxe leveling system when pickaxe leveled up adds a random enchant

A bit of a necropost, but do you still need the skript? If so

1. Does your token system use Vault economy, or is it custom coded

2. Would you like the block to drop itself

3. Would you like to give a different amount of tokens depending on how good the block is?
