Server won't get out of hibernation...

Hi, I have been trying to start my server for the past 15 minutes and whenever I try to start it it does the 30 second start up thing, then after and it shows the "continue" button but when I click that it goes back to my dashboard and says the server is still hibernating. Please Help.

Same thing happened with me. It was working less than an hour ago.
I logout and back in again and nothing chanced.
